AIL stores personal information only for the purposes of communicating with and invoicing clients. This information includes name, address, telephone numbers, information on the use of our products and services (subscription information and support requests).
How AIL uses Personal Information
Client information is used by us for a number of purposes connected with our business operations and functions, which include:
1.1 processing subscription orders or account registrations (including free trial accounts);
1.2 carrying out credit checking and validating registration with the New Zealand Institute of Dental Technologists (NZIDT);
1.3 provision of products and/or services requested by the client (including support requests) or administering clients' accounts;
1.4 invoicing clients;
1.5 dealing with requests, enquiries or complaints and other customer care related activities; and all other general administrative and business purposes;
1.6 contacting clients (including by post, email or telephone) about AIL's products or services;
1.7 carrying out activities related to the running of AIL's business such as testing of new features, maintenance of computer systems, training and quality control
Sharing Personal Information
2.1 AIL will never share Personal Information with third parties unless specifically requested by the client;
