Stefan Korn - Director

Stefan has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, an MBA in International Business and a BEng Honours in Computer Engineering. After "doing the corporate thing" as eBusiness and eCommerce manager at companies like HP, Oracle and InterContinental Hotels Group he came to NZ in 2004 and has since become a serial entrepreneur. His online business incubator WebFund has helped develop and market many successful web ventures such as Celsias.com, Mintshot.co.nz and DIYFather.com. Stefan is also a non executive director of DIYFather Ltd. and MusicHype Ltd.

Brent Norton - Director

Brent is a practicing Clinical Dental Technician and also runs his own clinical dental laboratory. Brent has practiced most areas of dental technology including, crown and bridge, implantology, cobalt chromium framework construction, orthodontics, and of course Plastics. Brent changed his technology focus when he was accepted onto the first Clinical Dental Technology course run by the University of Otago from which he qualified with distinction. With a strong interest in developing business opportunities Brent created his own successful clinical dental laboratory from which he has now developed two fully-equipped branches.
Brent's drive to develop a better software programme was borne out of frustration from not being able to find a simple, easy to use program suitable for his clinical dental laboratory with its dual functional requirements, Clinical and Laboratory. He wanted something that would help him with new healthcare legislative changes, but also to help manage and further develop his business.
Excited by the potential benefits of this unique software package Brent has teamed up with Evan and Stefan to develop a new software product that will not only help manage and develop his own practice but also aide the profession and benefit the dental industry in general.

Evan Sallis

Evan is a co-founder of BaseDiary. A qualified Clinical Dental Technician, Biologist and entrepreneur. Director of a busy clinical dental laboratory, he has invested heavily in evaluating systems and strategies to more profitably and effectively operate. Well aware of the increasing complexity of record keeping, compliance issues and challenges facing clinical dental technology, his outlook is both positive and progressive for the industry. Evan's various roles have included clinical technology, business management, business development, sales and marketing.
